Yay! For Yahoo's Racism & Sexism!!!!
Hats Off To Yahoo in taking so much Pride in their Prejudice!!!!
They have cancelled my Yahoo account, which means that I no longer have access to my email account or my OneWiseWoman Yahoo profile! According to them, I might have made some derogatory comments which possibly offended certain sensitive (not to mention privileged!) Yahoo users. Needless to mention, these valued users happen to belong to a particular race! The members of this "entitled" race can freely post ugly comments about people blessed with melanin and even wish for their deaths, but the moment somebody possessing a healthy quantity of melanin so much as dares to respond in kind, they are to be treated as social outcasts!
Of course, it's a man's world too, hence the male of the species enjoy more "rights" than their female counterparts, who were created by God to be submissive and obedient!!!!
Goodbye, Yahoo, The Taliban of the U.S.! Great job bearing the White Man's Burden in tirelessly putting the Darkies and the Broads in their places!!!!

Return of Yahoo Sexism!!!!
Help me out, please, women (and men) with functioning eyes and a brain!!!!
Have you guys seen the Dos Equis advertisements of "The Most Interesting Man In The World"? My gripe was: The male "title-holder" is a rather old man who is shown posing and flirting with women one-third his age! Can you imagine an ad about The Most Interesting Woman In The World featuring a white-haired woman well past her middle age, with young men in their late teens or early 20s hovering around her?!
A "genius" (probably an insecure old fart himself) who goes by the name of "Sailfan" has responded angrily to my post. His mind-boggling reply:
"@OneDumbWoman... They don't imply anything of the sort, the women could all easily be his daughter(s) that he happens to be out with. Only a mind such as yours takes everything to be sexist."
!!!!
Please, pretty please, check out the Dos Equis ads in discussion and tell me that the scantily-clad young women seductively attempting to cling on to the Interesting Senior Citizen are his daughters!!!!
Unless Sugar-Daddy counts as genuine daddy, I think not!!!!

Yahoo: Sexist, Much??!!
This is a trend I've noticed in Yahoo. Whenever there is any gender-related article, they merrily allow men to post all kinds of rude and crude "jokes" about women in their Comments sections. However, every time I try to publish a remark/reply under Comments, even mildly mocking men, it is promptly rejected!
Here's the latest example: The web site address of the article in discussion (Mystery Man Spells Out Heartbreak on His Van): http://gma.yahoo.com/blogs/abc-blogs/mystery-man-spells-heartbreak-van-171052478--abc-news-topstories.html
The story is about a man posting the following message on a side of his van in a bid to win back his girlfriend:
"Linda, I'm sorry, I'm a fool and an idiot sometimes, I love you with all my heart, Please come home and put this right. We miss you!! I miss us. I want to grow old with you, Will you marry me?"
This is a copy of the comment I attempted, without success, to post on Yahoo:
Breaking News! Linda's response on the other side of the van:
"Bubba, I accept your apology. You are a fool and an idiot ALL THE TIME! Your cheating heart might "love" me in its own way, but I need a man with a Brain! I AM home far away from you, because this is where my heart is; besides, I can't "right" your "wrongs"! When you say "We Miss You", do you mean the whore I caught you with??!! When you add "I Miss Us" are you referring to a Menage a Trois??!! It's a scary thought that you might live to be an old man; if I spend any more time with you, I'll age 5 times faster than I normally would! Since you have popped the question, here's my answer: No Way In Hell!!!!"
What, pray tell, is so offensive about that??!! In comparison with some of the gross comments men regularly leave about women, this is peanuts!!!!

DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES AT "YAHOO" CONTINUE:
In the Tennis section of Yahoo Sports, some racist who goes by the name of "Above Avg Dude" has posted the following comment. Yahoo has proudly published this "gem" from him:
"LISTEN, I marvel at RAFA a lot, but Rafa is clearly on PEDs and Djoker started last year; hence, his sudden domination. So maybe Rafa started taking even more? Ha.
Just carefully look at both of their arms and bodies a few years ago and today.
Anyone denying that is on drugs themselves!!!!!"
However, this response from me is apparently unacceptable:
"Above Avg Dude has spent his entire life behind bars...that's where he was considered above average! Are his eyes defective too? Nole LOOKS like a guy on steroids?! I think Nole looks more like Stan Laurel (from Laurel & Hardy)! Rafa is muscular, but nothing like those PED-pumped pro wrestlers! Rafa is too gorgeous, talented & wealthy...hence a lot of guys are insanely jealous of him!
Another mind-boggling question: How come Rafa & Nole accusers don't notice how Roger Federer never gets tired, always looks fresh as a lily + miraculously displays more stamina than guys 1/2 his age??!! If, as per AAD's advice, you look carefully, then: ALL HAIL ROGER 'PED'-ERER!'

It DO Matter If You're Black Or White!
OneWiseWoman visited her public library yesterday. She used one of their computers and tried to leave a comment on Yahoo Sports...lo and behold! She was actually able to sign in and register her remark! After a couple of hours, she returned home and tried to perform the very simple task on her home computer...well, the Comedy Of Errors appeared yet again! Well, now she knows for sure that the geniuses controlling the yahoo sports comments sections have blocked comments from her personal computer. While she has been unceremoniously dumped, the proud KKK supporters' comments continue to be welcomed with open arms! Now, the "good news": She is not alone! Several persons of colour have reported almost identical experiences; one lady was banned from a particular site just for sending a complaint about some crude remarks from bigots! All hail the land of opportunity!

No Entry! Access Denied!
For the last 4 or 5 days, I have been unable to register my comments under Yahoo Sports. Everytime I try to sign in, I get the following error message:

I've repeatedly tried, without success, to rectify this "error". I'm still able to access my Yahoo email and leave comments under all sections of Yahoo other than Sports. I don't know if this is a genuine flaw in the system, or Yahoo Sports has found a new & creative way of banning my comments. I see comments galore flowing in from other sources! I'm currently registering my comments under MSN Sports.
